So I finally went back to the store since it was the only one who had the specific hat I wanted, walked in and saw a bunch of workers who didn't want to help, went straight to the hat section and no one was there so I just helped myself and picked the hat I wanted (I don't know anything about how to pick a cowboy hat) expensive but hey I always wanted one. worst customer service ever!! Don't shop here this specific store. Other have been great. These workers were rude and unhelpful
Slowwww service and not very friendly. No smile or even eye contact from the cashier KOTY. Very awkward and would have loved at least, "have a nice day" or a "you're welcome" after my purchase.
Don't ask for someone to measure your child's foot. They look at each other stupid then tell you they fit the same as a shoe. I know from experience none of my boots fit the same and several of them are different sizes.
Ordered a pair of Laredo buckaroos on-line. The boots were delivered in a beat-up old Boulet box with no packing or plastic covers. It's amazing that the box arrived somewhat intact. I will most definitely not do business with this outfit again. Very unprofessional.
Cute stuff but not worth the price. Not to mention the employees were not helpful and one named Chelsey was very rude and disrespectful to her fellow co-workers... not professional if you ask me. So I will not be coming back.
I love this store and spend hundereds of dollars a year here. But each and every time I visit, the staff is rude to me. I dont mean "absence of kindness" rude. I mean, straight up rude. Kinda disappointing. The store has neat stuff, but id probably spend more money if they were a little more kind.
