This place should hire a cat to work the front registers. That would have been a better interaction than the awkwardness I had to encounter this morning. I hate bothering employees while they’re in deep discussions about their ever changing lives. This morning was no different. Nice place found my hat I like just not in my size they helped me order it. I was in the area around day 6 so I called just to check if it was in and the young man that answered the phone was quick to tell me when it's in they will call if I hadn't received one then it's not here! Then, on day 8, they called and said they couldn't complete my order. I'm not very likely to shop here again
This has nothing to do with the employees everyone is very friendly. What annoys me is that people including myself spend hundreds of dollars here but the restrooms look like this. The only sink is out of service, there’s only two stalls and one of them has no lock, and there’s a whole ceiling tile missing above the toilet. Most gas stations have better restrooms than these. Also this is the ladies room I can’t imagine the men’s restroom.
Went in there with my favorite hat after another store trashed the shape of it brought it all the way from fort smith hoping they could fix it and LEXI did just that brought life back into my favorite hat. I couldn’t be more thankful never took it off my head the rest of the day!!! Lexi is now my go to shaper!!!
This is a very typical shop with Texan/ west style clothing choices. Check out their boot collection. If you love the Texan ranch style clothes and cowboy hats and boots, this is your place. The store looks nice, though I did not end up buying anything.
