It was my husband's birthday and he finally decided to get some boots. Our salesman, Tyson was such a great help in finding the right boot. We also bought boot socks and leather conditioner for the boots. The boots are beautiful!
Clean store, and kind employees who are helpful.. but also tend to watch/follow you like a hawk. While i'm sure is meant to be helpful and to prevent theft, its a bit annoying as sometimes I enjoy just browsing without being bothered. Overall my husband and I enjoy shopping here.
Friendly staff that will stick with you and help you find a good fit on boots and hats. Not pushy but attentative. Great selection of clothes and cowboy cut suits. Great selection of boots for all ages. Items are laid out to shop easily. Some good sales going on too. If you are looking for western wear... this is a great place to shop in a clean friendly atmosphere.
The selection is pretty good, although it would be nice to see them offer a little more than ariat. The customer service is almost nonexistent. After being completely ignored for close to an hour while I searched for a pair of boots, I left a pair of boots for my daughter sitting at the register and walked out the door because apparently it wasn't worth their time to ring us up.

Horrible store. I ordered boots for a Fathers Day gift that they cancelled the order with no reason and still haven't refunded my credit card. I'll never shop here again.

Used to work here but I quit due to how rude every single worker is. One their lazy they don't do their jobs and two they are total a holes to their own employees. They accuse people of stealing and act like stuck up snobs, though I'm writing because before I quit and put my two weeks in my mother bought a Dolly Parton shirt which she was going to wear today; said shirt wasn't anything to cheap or exspensive price wise but apparently it's cheap in material. 2 stars because we ended up finding a good shirt but disappointed in the lack of Cinch selections and found a very nice hat band but broke two days later. Seems like they only carry cheap material besides the well known brands.
Went here and was given dirty looks by all of the workers while trying to find clothes to work at a ranch. All of them stared at me and judged me for being there for so long, while none of them attempted to help find what i wanted. One girl with long blonde hair and black glasses was especially rude and judgmental. We heard her whispering about me and my friend as we walked up to the cashier.
Good store, nice selection but very frustrating to go into a business and 3/4 of the Employees are standing around talking and in their own little world. Place needs some supervision, shouldn't walk by 4 employees talking and not one asks if they can help or even acknowledge your presence.
