Do not trust this company to actually fulfill your order. My son had his heart set on one hat that is sold by them. I ordered it a few weeks before Christmas only to get a generic email from them that they canceled the order. No real explanation. I went back on their website snd it still showed they had two in stock. I ordered it again knowing this time it wouldn't make it by Christmas- but I figured that was one reason they'd canceled it and if it had to be after Christmas that was fine. Went in the Rogers Arkansas store today. My hubby was in the bathroom. No TP. I asked the clerk to have some brought into the men's room. next thing I know 4 young clerks were playing football with a roll of TP at the cashier stand. o asked them to give it to me. Why? It's for the men's room. The young idiot asks. I said because I asked someone to take it in there because there isnt any. This store is extremely unfriendly and non-helpful. It took forever to find someone to help me find items I was seeking and the they didn't want to go in the back to find other sizes. They have poor inventory and a careless customer service attitude. Don't shop here if you can avoid it. Cavender's nationally is a great chain and store- this one in Rogers is a poor example of what they should be!!!
I went into the store on Dec. 8th and got sized for a pair of boots. I ordered a pair of boots that day (Circle G's) I was assured by an employee and then the manager that they would be here before Christmas, and that I would get a phone call letting me know they were ready. I got a call 11 days later and they left a voicemail stating they were ready. I went up that next weekend (almost an hour drive) to go pick them up. Very disappointed in Cavanders when it comes to ordering boots. I have waited on a order of H&H boots ordered through Cavanders. The manager ordered them supposedly and everyone I call to check on the arrival she says I will call right now and find out when they will arrive at the store and call you back. Everyone wants to be a manager and do nothing except get paid every week and do nothing else. Very disappointed in what I call lack of service and poor communication with customer.
