I had a last minute work event to go to that was cowgirl/cowboy themed. I called ahead and asked for help to get an outfit put together. Yuli ended up helping me immensely! She had me give her the color and style I was looking for and had put together some outfits for me prior to my visit! I ended up purchasing an outfit and loved it.
Came in here to look for a hat for my husband. This place smells so good. Like leather. It's honestly kind of insane how good it smells. Would go back just for that reason alone.
The staff is is nothing but nice and VERY helpful. Everyone you pass will ask if you need any help. They are a wealth of knowledge. I got my first and second pair of boots from here, and they were so helpful in guiding me to the proper fit and pair. If you need boots or a new hat, you need to go here.
Very happy with Kiley’s help last weekend. We were able to get back to the store and pick up the hat today. Hopeful they gave her credit!
I visited this location today and because I am very excited about the event (Beyoncé Concert) that I’m wearing this hat to, I will be very brief: I was treated poorly and I will NEVER go back! You made it clear I was not welcomed there and you didn’t want to assist me. I’m really sorry and regretful that I forced the sales lady to take my money. Lesson Learned! Please shop where you’re wanted!!
