The employees there, too busy visiting with each other, have never had assist when there. I was there one time, 4 employees visiting at front desk, flirting and laughing and never asked to assist us. I went to front desk as told the associates, when they were thru with their visiting, we needed assistance in the boots. Another patron stated "Good Luck with that".
