Went in staff member Aubri greeted me, asking if she could help me in anyway just let her know. No sales pressure, but attentive if needed. I found the belt I wanted, due to the very large selection. I wanted to try on size, staff had no problem with that. While checking out 'Linsey ask was I a 1st responder or military. I stated yes, which she said they had a discount for that saving me 10%. I left feeling I was appreciated as a customer with a great new belt. I will return. I highly recommend this store.

So I have been looking for a pair of pull on work boots in EE wide. Went to 5 different stores nobody had them. Cavenders did not have them but the lady on the phone said their website had them. They came in today and are perfect.

5 stars all day long. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The mgr Justin is top notch and has been very consistent with his level of customer service. I had a near 200 $ pair of boots wear out way prematurely. I pre called him with the issue and he asked me to bring them in. He inspected them and agreed to refund the purchase price for store credit on another pair of boots whatever I liked. I left very pleased.

We were a victim of a smash and grab today and our cavenders merchandise was stolen. We immediately called the store and asked them to be on the lookout for the return. Sure enough the crooks showed up the manager worked with us and the police and one of the thieves was arrested and Cavenders gave us back our merchandise. We will be loyal customers from here on out. Thank you Justin for going above and beyond!!! Great customer service!

Me and my family have used Cavenders many, many times. Each time we go in, they are extremely helpful and kind. When you need help or have questions, they are there. If you want to be left alone to shop, they'll do that as well. We have bought my boys several hats from them, their staff works with our kids, helps them decide on the shape an shapes it, if they change their mind later we can go in and get it reshaped, they will shape hats that aren't theirs, at no cost. Great store, great employees and great clothing!

Originally this would have started as a poor review if not for Stacie Batte, Assistant Manager. I placed a special order that fell thru the cracks. Another manager even failed to make it right but Stacie went above and beyond what she had to do. She wanted me to be a satisfied customer and she made sure that happened. I was highly impressed with her follow thru and even more impressed with how important customer satisfaction is to her. Cavender's is definitely headed in the right direction with people like Stacie.

I called to make sure someone would be there to shape my hat, they said yes someone was there. I arrive only to be told there's nobody there to do that. They waisted my gas and my time.
