My absolute favourite store to shop at when it comes to western outfits especially boots! It’s a nicely arranged store and the staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Love the decor and the my first pair of cowgirl boots :)
I went to visit the store on 4/16/2025. And I have to say it was a great experience. There was a salesperson by the name of Martin, and he helped me and my son, who was being fitted for his first pair of boots. And he took his time to help my 6 year old son find his boots. Thank you
Overly priced not really worth the quality of the merchandise, not wow'd it's just okay!
I have been a long time customer with Cavenders and asked for gift cards for Christmas from there. I had ordered 2 sport coats on their buy one get one half off sale, order #04061390 as soon as the sale started, that got canceled because they “didn’t have what I ordered in stock”. Customer Service representative Amanda Trahan could only apologize that happened and offered no solutions. I just missed out and this was after the sale ended. Bought a pair of boots with you recently! I hope I I get her name right! Addie I believe? Was the most amazing help I've ever had! I told her what I was looking for. And she walked me right to the exact boot! Before you know it I'm in a pair of Tony's. There was no trying other brand or styles! She made this sale happen! And I am one happy customer!
