Order a pair of boots online, when it clearly states 1 left in stock. So, I purchase online for in-store pick up. I called the store to ask if my order was ready for pickup, only to be told that, they didn't have any. They need to update their website, hourly if you ask me. They clearly have the time, most of the store associate, just stand around and not assist customers. Bad customer services. Going back to Boot Barn. They treat you like family at Boot Barn.

I called to make sure someone would be there to shape my hat, they said yes someone was there. I arrive only to be told there's nobody there to do that. They waisted my gas and my time.

I was ignored the entire time. There was this girl named Echo who I asked for help from and she said she's busy and can't help but then was on her phone the whole time. I waited in line for 20 minutes with only one person infront of me and two cashiers doing returns and when I got up to Echo she was extremely rude.
This place has a wonderful selection of boots, shirts, and cowboy hats. However this service is lacking. There was no greeting, no service to help out with sizing boots, and at the end no help with finding a good work boot that fit my size. I would really like to support the business because the array of products is large, however there simply is no customer service in space, and this is the three things that happen. I'll take my money somewhere else.
Good selection of boots and western wear. Extremely short staffed. Looked at boots for 30+ min without anyone coming over to help. Finally went to register to ask and they said "yeah we don't have enough staff to help." So if you want any help finding what you need, go elsewhere.
This place is new, and when you walk in it sure seems awesome. The selection on clothes is great, boots too. You're sure to find something you like- and they even have tall sizes. The downside? The staff is a: clueless and b: overbearing and trying to upsale you at every turn. They aren't quick to be helpful, won't offer to check stock in the back or see if they can order something. There are other, much better options for this market in town. The prices here are about the same as anywhere else.
