My elderly mum moved to the dementia floor at Cedar Mews from another care home at the beginning of May. Unfortunately, she had a serious fall on her first night in their care and was admitted to A&E. When she was discharged, Cedar Mews staff assured us they could provide the care she needed but although many of the carers were extremely hardworking and dedicated, there were many times during my visits when I struggled to find any carers to respond to her needs, or any senior staff to discuss my concerns with.
