Today, I had a very disappointing experience at the Henderson location. I was told to make sure I was at least 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was on time, but they were not. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. No one apologized for keeping me waiting. I understand that things happen, but I do expect someone to be respectful of my time as well and apologize.
