Patient packet - shame on you! During Covid a No-Show gee for an appointment made 6 months prior. No texts, no emails your respond it’s a courtesy to let you know. Well guess what I don’t think so as I was taking care of patients you were not exactly the first thing on my mind 6 months later. Let alone bill me- you will never see me back nor will I ever recommend anyone to your office.
