Dr. Maceda takes his time, thoroughly explains everything and cares about his patients. Very compassionate and kind. His nurse Kelli is so nice, and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Very warm first visit. I'm so pleased.
I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Nicole Waetzman, and had a wonderful experience. She was very thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate her thoughtful and compassionate approach. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend their practice.
Dr Crouss was very helpful with explaining things. That was the final step though in the process. Because even after reading the paper from the office and doing online research, I wasn’t clear about the procedures of everything. Nor how much we were testing for. We didn’t address the blood in the urine though and I should probably follow up with that. However now after speaking with her I have a clearer probable diagnosis with a forward treatment plan that is gentle and , at this point, much more non-invasive . I’m very hap... read more
I have been to 2 other group practices in an attempt to figure out my problem and to obtain a plan for treatment. Axia helped from the first appointment and I felt confident with them. So glad I was able to talk to the medical professional and get a treatment plan.

Dr Crouss and her entire staff are wonderful. The staff at the front seat are all very nice and friendly. Dr Crouss and her entire staff are so kind and patient and Dr Crouss is so sweet and compassionate. She truly listens you. When you leave you feel confident and heard. The very BEST!
