Dr. Crouss and Dr. Maceda are amazing, caring and compassionate drs. I had the chance to meet with both of them. Dr Crouss did my surgery and Dr. Maceda was there to assist if needed. Dr. Crouss is very understanding, caring and very compassionate about her patients. She listened to what I had to say and gave me options and advice. She is just amazing. So thankful that I found her. The staff is also very caring and respectful.

In December 2021, I met Dr. Crouss for the first time, I was getting sleep deprived from my overactive bladder and the many nocturnal trips to the bathroom. Dr. Crouss is a wonderful doctor: caring, compassionate, she knows her stuff. We tried tests, and procedures and meds, and finally on 10/2 and 10/11/2023 I decided I trusted her enough to try an invasive procedure. I am a new patient & recently saw Dr. Tess Crouss for a follow up visit. Dr. Crouss is very friendly, compassionate, thorough w/ her medical knowledge, & wonderful bed side manners. This was my first visit and Dr. Maceda and his staff are wonderful and eased my anxiety from the start. Then we were able to have a great visit and exchange of information and questions answered.

Both Dr. Crouse and Dr. Maceda are excellent drs. They are very patient and talk you through all your options. They have excellent bedside manners and make you feel so comfortable and are never rushed. I feel that I am in excellent hands with my up coming procedure.
