Troy, NY IS THE WORST, the management is a joke. staffing is a revolving door. the staff is always changing and they are always short staffed. Short staffing results in inadequate care for residents. Do NOT place anyone you love here.
Martine Center in White Plains is terrible. Routine NEGLECT and ABUSE. Patients will sit in waste for hours at a time. RETALIATION by staff if patients complain is expected. Administrative personnel will lie or make up answers while looking you in the eye. They do not respond to concerns or ever follow up with any solutions. They are constantly understaffed and make no on call or backup plans so that patient to staff ratio is manageable. Martine Center continually leaves unkept garbage outside of the property. It’s disgusting and keeps rolling onto my property
why don't I recommend centers? well when I worked with them another employee threatened to hang a gay 17 year old kid whom also worked there. the HR rep did absolutely nothing about that. however they fired me because they knew I was going to take legal actions over it. now I'm not allowed to see my father (keep in mind I'm the one paying for him to be there.) because I was making a point on how it was discrimination. also they don't care for the people that they take "care" of. they abuse residents, restrict residents rig... read more
Oakhill rehab 3rd floor is nasty more like a zoo everyone from Tara down to cna's and all floor nurses and alot of nurses. USELESS PEOPLE WORK HERE ON 3RD FLOOR. TIME FOR A CHANGE TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE
Centers health care is only focused on the money. They do not care about the staff. or patients.The social work department has gone through several people in a short period of time. The patients there are treated poorly and are disregarded and disrespected. The management is vicious and the pay was not that great. I would not recommend working or placing a family member there, at least not in Cooperstown center.
Delmar Center for Rehabilitation…This is the worse nursing home. I work in health care and it is embarrassing to have a place like this. I recently had to put my dad there after surgery and within a week I requested them to transfer him to another nursing home. I feel bad for the very few good staff who works there. Do not send anyone here. The care is horrid.
