Treat the residents better than they do now. Both the staff and residents are stealing from other residents. When the residents call the staff members out for stealing, they find ways to retaliate against the residents for calling them out for stealing from them. The hourly staff members are sometimes very mean to the residents. Some of the meanest hourly employees have recently been promoted to supervisors in their departments. By providing better care to the residents and better quality food services. Here in Granville Center we also miss our former Doctor who provided excellent care, our present Doctor Gelphin is rarely here and tinkers too much with our medications. I was here 2 years ago before the Centers folks came in and the care and food was much better.
