Dr. Thomas was very efficient , professional and answered all questions that i had at that time.
I needed an urgent appointment for ear wax plugs that had left me almost deaf. I got it rather quickly. Dr. Scoresby was pleasant, a good listener, and took care of my problem with skill and promptness, while checking to see if there were any other issues to deal with. I felt safe and comfortable. He also showed empathy to my financial situation, as I've had cuts on my wages due to the pandemic, and did not perform extra procedures that would have made healthcare unaffordable. Pleasant staff. Dr. Lee was very kind and knowledgeable. Left office feeling like my concerns were answered. This wasn’t my regular ENT Dr. I would consider changing to this practice.
