I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. The office staff is very friendly. Dr. Lee took the time to answer any questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. We found this office at the recommendation of our insurance company trying to help us find an alternative to the outrageous fees charged at a different facility. We were able to save thousands of dollars for my daughters tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Thank you to Dr. Lee and the staff at Central Park ENT and Surgery Center.

Dr Palmer is the best ENT in the Fort Worth/Arlington area. He recently performed a sinus cleanse on me and ive had very good results so far. His bedside manner was amazing before the surgery and even after. He’s one of the best doctors & surgeons I’ve ever seen and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Dr Pena helped me in 2012 but it was necessary to urgently see another ENT close to me in Waco recently...the Waco doc blew me off on my second visit, despite knowing the severity of the issue-I was able to get into Dr Pena & he IMMEDIATELY knew the problem & the solution...He performed the painful, but necessary & very effective in -office procedure immediately...I am no longer suffering & feel great! He’s not afraid to do something besides write a script...I nearly wanted to cry from relief..

First impression, the staff was very sweet and helpful. I arrived early and was taken back to see Dr. Lee in just a few minutes. I was there because a had developed lumps in my throat that I suspected was tonsillitis. Dr. Lee was awesome! He was very pleasant and informative, and had an idea what it was. She is professional, straight forward and skilled at the top levels of her practice. I have never seen the levels of courtesy and skill her whole team possesses. I would highly recommend them!
