The office is nice and is being renovated. The front desk staff and nursing staff were helpful and professional. Dr Chalk took the time to explain options for my treatment. Very pleasant visit!Â

I saw Dr. Chalk and had IV sedation for tooth removal. Everyone was very nice and professional. All my questions were answered and afterwards I felt great! Minimal swelling and I just needed Advil the first day! They even called a few hours afterwards to see how I was doing! I would highly recommend going here!Â
