Caring people. Great care
I was very anxious about having this extraction done & I can honestly say that my anxiety was unfounded. I was put at ease & the whole procedure was not traumatic at all. I gave 5 stars, but to say ‘I loved it’ would be the wrong choice of words. I would recommend Dr. Cavajal & this practice to anyone.
I just had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday. I was pretty nervous but my nurses made me feel really comfortable. They made everything easy on me, they were friendly, and always presented me with a smile. I had asked them to put me right to sleep for my oral surgery and it took no time at all for them to put me under so my doctor could remove my wisdom teeth. Dr Chalk did an excellent job
Although I was not looking forward to having an extraction the procedure went well. I was taken on time and preparations were done quickly. Surgery was performed and I was back in the car in a little over an hour. Although lazy and tired I am doing fine. Although it has not even been 24 hours I think I am doing well. Able to eat on opposite side of extraction but taking advantage of indulging in ice cream!
I had an aching tooth for a week. I stopped by the office about 8:15am to see if they could work me in that day. The welcome desk person offered me to be seen right away since an 8am appointment didn’t show. I was very thankful for her willingness to help me. Wynn called me into a room to get information from me. Wynn was great also. She was efficient and asked a number of times if I was alright. I enjoyed the choice of music in my room. Very professional. I appreciate the time spent to take x-rays and accurately diagnose a condition that my dentist failed to do. I would highly recommend this practice to others.
Nurses were super nice! Very caring and gentle. Dr. Carvajal was great!! He explained everything before and after surgery.
The staff were all welcoming and kind. For something as unenjoyable as getting my wisdom teeth out, the doctors and nurses made the process easier. I have been very pleased with the care I had at Central Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery.
