Front office, with cordial, receptionist. Have some medical history. Still waiting for an answer, regarding, wether, my # 19 tooth, will be removed, in the office, hospital, or not at all. I was given a document, to sign., with estimated cost, for tooth extraction using, IV sedation. Dental Insurance coverage and my responsibility. Made to feel cost/payment, priority there. I left feeling very uncomfortable. I wasn’t greeeted when I entered the door. The staff was gossiping and laughing making me and the other women in the waiting room very uncomfortable. When I went back to the room for my 1:30 appointment, the nurse asked about my vitals. She asked my height and weight and I gave her my weight. She responded with “are you confident in your response?” Really offensive. She should’ve just taken my weight to begin with like you’re suppose to. The staff here, from office staff to nurses, surgeons & anaesthesiologjsts, go out of their way to put you at ease for your appointment & that is SO important if you’re a nervous patient like I am. Thank you CVOFS
Not to happy right now cause I have not received a call to return to have the procedure I came for last week. Could not be done for medical reasons. Thanks for sharing
No one wants to have a tooth extracted, however, my experience today was awesome, I was unaware that my tooth was gone after about several minutes. Until the Doctor announced it didn’t even crumble.
