The overall experience with Cerritos Nissan was great especially delivery of vehicle to home. The worst part of my new vehicle 2022 Nissan Altima purchase is the car makes several rattling noises behind steering wheel/dashboard and clunking noise when turning that I'm taking to service soon to troubleshoot??!! I'm sure delivery driver had to hear same noises but did not communicate issues to me??!!

I want to recognize service advisor Cameron for doing a fantastic job, along with his fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond. I also want to recognize the technician and the parts department for also going above and beyond. My trucks repairs and parts were completed sooner than I expected.
