I’m leaving a 5 star review for Connor! If you need someone in the Crow Wing County MN he’s your guy. He answered our questions or concerns we had. He even negotiated the price down a bit too. He worked with our busy schedule. He explained the whole process step by step. Connor definitely did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
Chad spent a lot of time making sure all the open houses were scheduled and advertised. The realtors that held the open houses were very professional and relayed all the information and concerns from all the perspective buyers had . We have used chad Schwendeman on multiple homes buying and selling and he is always up to date on what is happening . Thanks
Justin was absolute first class throughout the entire process! I ask many questions, dig through paperwork and wanted to know more than the average person. He was very responsive, was able to answer all of our questions well and knew the area. He goes out of the way to ensure that the buyer is informed and will research diligently if you have additional questions. I would recommend anyone use him if they are looking to purchase property.
