I worked with Jim, Chad and Jayson. All were experts in their fields, extremely professional, honest and very responsive. Much better than the competition that went through the offer based on their internal assessment (2nd walk through)...well, they dropped their offer $45k, which would've forced others into a corner to accept. Thankfully, I had Chad's Team on my side and we closed within 2 weeks! I'll definitely be reaching out for any future endeavors.

Sydney did a great job in helping us find the house we were looking for. Every time we saw something listed that spew thought we might like she promptly made arrangements for us for a viewing. She also informed us whenever she heard of a new listing that she thought we might like. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the neighborhoods and thankful for her help.
