RecommendedAbsolutely love Chadwell animal hospital and their staff. My pets (family) are always treated wonderfully and prioritized if I call with any issues or concerns. The treatment is the most affordable I have experienced in all of my years of having dogs/cats/chickens. Unfortunately, we lost one of our spikey babies recently. It is/was rough but Chadwell Animal Hospital went above and beyond for us. Last night we received our Kamos hand imprints in the mail with a very sweet card signed by the office. They cremated Kamo and put him in a beautiful box with his name and a certificate. Chadwell is the only place I take my small friends. They are always so understanding. Especially yesterday, Monday 9/14 when I lost my pup Sable. Always trying to squeeze in an emergency appointment, being empathetic and treating my pets as if they were their own. Carson, my cat, will continue his routine care at Chadwell. My next dog will be going there as well. Thank you Chadwell!
I have recommend Chadwell to everyone I know looking for a vet in MD, especially those looking for exotic care. Dr. Gold and his team are amazing! They are the best rabbit vets in the area. I just visited 8/24/20 for the first time since COVID and was incredibly impressed with their new almost contactless system. Absolutely worth a long drive to get this level of care, service, and expertise.
I can't say enough good things. I had an emergency with my hedgehog today. Chadwell squeezed me in last minute (which during the COVID crisis is a blessing in its own) and the staff members and doctor were so nice. They were friendly and personable. They dealt with all my drama with me being out of state and my sister bringing my hedgehog in for me. We love Chadwell Animal Hospital! We followed Dr. Gold from his past place of practice to Chadwell that he and his wife now own. We have seen every vet there and have been extremely happy with all of them. The front desk employees are all very helpful and kind. Just recently we had all three if our dogs seen for yearly examines as well as our boxer having problems with his leg. Dead Man Walking! He has been on 16 pills a Day(8 twice a day)for the last year because of his failing heart valve and collapsing Trachea. Friday he seemed to take a turn for the worse and Lindsay and I thought he was suffering so we scheduled a Vet appointment with our personal vet in the morning to see what was next.
