Dr. Donaldson is one of the most caring doctors I've encountered over the past couple of years. In October of 2020 I was assaulted and suffered multiple facial injuries. Dr. Donaldson had to perform surgery to reposition my right eye and repair my right nasal passage. Dr. Donaldson was very thorough in explaining the procedure and what I should expect. The result of my surgery is amazing, I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and the care that I have received. Thank you Dr. Donaldson!!

Last year I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Donaldson for a questionable mass on one of my large saliva glands. It required an extensive surgery to remove and was quite an unsettling experience. Throughout all of my interactions with Dr. Donaldson I found him to be an exceptional doctor and surgeon. He is confident, thorough and has a great bed side manner. The complete care I received from Dr. Donaldson was outstanding.

Dr. Donaldson took great care of my son after his ear drum was ruptured. Surgery was needed since this particular rupture would not heal on its own. He is a very attentive, considerate doctor, and I felt that my son was in very good hands! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing ENT care.

I called his office this morning to make an appointment for vertigo, and they took me in right away! He performed a technique that almost immediately fixed my vertigo. He also looked into my nose and ear issues, and found I have a deviated left septum, and even got me scheduled for a hearing test. Very positive doctor, receptive, and didnt rush the visit. I left the office with helpful literature, and he told me to call him if I have any further issues. Staff was extremely professional as well!

I have pansinus disease and have been the many many ENT's Dr. Donaldson was amazing. Before being sprayed with lidocaine (which usually amkes me feel like I'm suffocating) he had me chew gum and chew the entire time which helped absorb the extra spray and I didn't once get the choking effect. Such a relief. He is kind and attentive and not at all arrogant also very good to his assistant and respectful. He showed me my sinuses and explained everything very thoroughly.

Dr. Donaldson been my ENT doctor for nearly 10 years. His welcoming demeanor allows for relaxed visits. Dr. Donaldson has successfully treated me for various issues over the years, as well as my children’s. All of the questions I come up with (which there are always many) are answered in a way I understand and am comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Donaldson to friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Donaldson's for 4 years. In that time he has performed 2 separate sinus surgeries on me and has also treated me for vocal nodules. The level of patient care he provides is without a doubt some of the best. He truly cares for his patients, and always takes the time to listen. Not only does he ask the right questions, he also ensures that you understand without using doctor-speak. If I had to option of having him as my PCP, I most definitely would.
