His arrogance, pride, unwillingness to accept his mistakes/requests of his patient's mother, and refusal to allow a more qualified doctor/lung specialist take over even after his patient's condition worsened by the day until it turned into an major emergency and required an airlift to a nearly children's hospital (where doctors literally saved her life) nearly killing my niece (requiring a medically-induced coma, Intensive Care, etc) from her routine tonsillectomy surgery
