Upon walking in we were taken a back a bit by the loudness of the music playing. I said something to the person at the desk. But as usual everything was great. I take friends there all the time. I tell them that if they ever need to be loved on, just to to Chama Gaucha.

We had a great server, Raul, who took very good care of us. The food is amazing- every selection was flavorful and well-seasoned. Beautiful decor. It was quite loud, which made conversation a bit of a challenge. Overall, a wonderful choice for a special celebration dinner.

Spectacular as always. Just returned from a Vegas trip and went to the top 3 Vegas buffets available. They may have had more selection of almost 250 dishes, but I am a firm believer that you should do something right rather than most - always Quality over Quantity. My wife selected it for my 70th birthday celebration because she wanted something fun & special. And it was both. Beautiful facility, totally welcoming, from the initial greeting throughout the course of the dinner, it was an experience. The salad bar & sides, and all the meats were properly cooked & wonderfully seasoned.
