On the salad bar, it all looked delicious, but I limited myself to the lettuce wedge with toppings, tiny portions of hearts of palm, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, smoked salmon, olives, and Drunken Goat cheese. The cheese is always a favorite that I look forward to. Every meat offered is fabulous, cut to the requested rareness. Favorites are the filet, rib eye, lamb chop, and sausage.
