I don't ever really post reviews but I felt obliged to go on record and say this is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. If you're a meat person, there is no better value. All the cuts are excellent and perfectly seasoned and for the price you can't even buy a decent steak dinner anywhere. A+++++ Please never change Chauma Gaucha! See you soon.........

Wow the food was amazing! The service was even better. I really want to go again but it’s a bit on the pricey side. Definitely a special occasion restaurant. Also it’s not very intimate. Very difficult to have a conversation but that’s expected. Overall amazing experience!

This was my husband and I’s second time going here and third experience at a Brazilian steakhouse and we would pick this one over all the others in San Antonio! The service is impeccable and we’re taken care of the whole time by the staff. The lamb and top sirloin were the best cuts of meat! Will definitely go back in the future for another special occasion!

Visited for our 7 year anniversary and it was once again an excellent experience, they sat us much earlier than our reservation and we were able to get a nice quiet spot in the restaurant. The staff were polite and very helpful with any questions we had. The food was immaculate and we always have a wonderful time here. We will continue to visit Chama Gaucha!
