First time here. The space is as expected: very large, cavernous, and loud. Service was top notch. The salad bar was kept well stocked, but it seemed a bit on the small side, compared to other churrascarias I’ve been. Having said that, we were not disappointed in the selections. There were only two meat items that we didn’t care for: the beef rib and the sausage. We’re in Texas, so they felt very short. I know, it’s not supposed to be smoked, but they fell flat. Always a great experience dining at Chama Gaucho-salad bar was fresh and delicious, meat servings were hot and cooked to perfection with servers really hustling to bring you fresh hot meats off the fire-great hibiscus margaritas too-highly recommended.
A fabulous experience I enjoyed immensely. Food was spot on and needed nothing not even a pinch of salt. Staff and management were polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
