The food quality is amazing coupled with attentive guest services provided by not just the management team but all the way to servers, carvers, wait staffs and everyone in the restaurant. I am now proudly bringing friends and family to experience the Chama Gaucha!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Your drink is always full and everyone tries to ensure you have what you need. Tonights dinner was just as wonderful as always. We always come back.
Never disappoints Best Brazilian steakhouse with great service
The food is always great! The salad bar has wonderful selections. The Staff is always friendly and checking to make sure all is ok. I did have to request the glass wall be closed because the noise was very loud in the room. We don't blame Chama they have no control of the guest. Otherwise, everything was Great!

Hadn’t been there for several years because the first time we went it really was…NOT good. But we tried again yesterday and it was REALLY good!! Yes it was expensive. $65 per person but everything we tried as just fabulous. LOVED the salads and veggies, cheeses and deli meats also. Took my wife for her birthday and she had a great time. Stephanie was an outstanding server. She was always there when we needed anything. Great job! The “meat” men were fantastic as well. My mom does not like rare or medium and they took specific care to bring her selections specifically for her. My nephew had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and was VERY happy with his first time eating at one. I’ve never been on a Saturday but it was pretty busy for them. I hate to go when it gets so busy but the staff was great. The food was amazing as always.
This was one of the worst experiences with the service we’ve ever had. I know it was a Saturday night but we’ve been on Valentine’s Day before and received better service. It was also very hectic with people running around moving tables for guests. It was very hard to get our waitress’ attention to order more drinks or even ask for some bread for the table. Definitely disappointing since we were celebrating a birthday.
