At Chama-Gaucha San Antonio Their Standard for culinary service is in another league! The first time I came for the delicious food, but their five star service drew me in for good and drive all the way from Austin just to have an outstanding culinary experience. Dr. JRG -Austin TX

I am an expert in customer service. I love going to Chama Gaucha for the food and service. I was fortunate to speak with the serving leadership chain during our last visit. Our waiter (Ricky) did an excellent job taking care of us. The team lead (blue shirt, black tie) and the floor captain (blue shirt, no tie) were excellent. Service was excellent and food is always great! This is one of our favorite places to dine. Our server asked about our specific selections and even with a crowded dinner services, they were able to meet our requests quickly.

Love this place, the cut of meats are fantastic. The salad bar is great. The only thing I would criticize is the desserts. Those are not good, the key lime pie was horrible, no taste of key lime, just a plaster of cool whip, not good, and the crust had some sort of margarine taste, not good either. Service is great, a little bit too much sometimes, it’s hard to maintain a conversation because of the constant interruptions. But all in all it’s great.
