While we waited for our 3rd member of our party to arrive they had a waitress come around for drink orders and she went above and beyond. Once seated our main waitress was exceptional through out. The gentleman doing the top sirloin was on his game a few of the others I never got to sample, unfortunately they never made it around until we were on dessert. Really good selection of meat. Grilled Pineapples were not included in the buffet but we ordered it from the menu. They were delicious.
The noise in the restaurant is distractive. Wish there was a way to buffer sections.
This was our second time going and service was A+ again. Food was delicious, their expresso martini was mmmuah* and I just have to point out their customer service is just incredible just amazing. Keep up the great work
This was my first time going to eat here at Chama Gaucha. Me and my girlfriend decided to go here for prom. I do not regret one thing at all from dining here. The food was absolutely AMAZING. The service there was outstanding, they are very polite and use their manners i would extremely recommend this place to dine at. 11/10 EXPERIENCE!
I enjoyed every moment from the food, thoughtfulness/kindness table service, and atmosphere. There was one moment though where a family member had received unprovoked irritability from the front desk that soured the mood. I do not what could have caused this, but other than that, everything was perfect.
Could not have been better! Everything was perfect for my grandson's birthday. Service was outstanding as always and the food was excellent. The entire staff works very hard to make sure everything is perfect. Our favorite restaurant in San Antonio!

Everything is great. It would be nice if they had a few more options for 9 ounce by the glass wine selections that weren’t $20
