Very attentive staff! The salad bar offerings were wonderful with many different options for all tastes. The main course - the meats - were so well done. Juicy, flavorful, plentiful, served hot and to desired level of doneness. We shared two desserts between 5 of us. Perfect sweet bites to finish our meal. Great place for a special occasion- our son’s 40th birthday. We’ll be back!!
Excellent as always. Still my favorite higher end restaurant to dine with.
Overall we had a good experience, service and food were great. Only negative I have to say is we didn’t really get much meat like we wished. There wasn’t anyone coming to our table when our cards were turned green. Our server tried to request us meat but nobody ever came back. So after 20 minutes of waiting we decided we were done. Bummer because it was our anniversary and our first time at Chama. Definitely not worth coming back unfortunately.
10/10 salad bar was amazing, meats taste out of this world….

I've been to several Brazilian steakhouses, but this one far and away was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I came here to celebrate my engagement with my fiancé and we could not have had a better time. You can tell the staff is well coordinated and focused on the customer. I took my Mom for her birthday dinner. I had just returned from my vacation to Japan. I never thought I would experience the same type of customer servicehere in the States that I had experienced in Japan. I was proven wrong, the wait staff at Chama Guacha was amazing! I loved the service, the food, and everything about the experience. It is by far the best restaurant I have dined at in Texas! 5 stars! All around!
