As always Chama Gaucha is fantastic. The price increase means we get to go as a family less. That being said, in the past year I think the food has improved. It was already good before, but now the meats taste better and I enjoyed the fried cheese.
We have been going to Chama Gaucha in San Antonio since their opening day. We have never been disappointed. The service is always outstanding. The staff is extremely attentive to us and to every detail. The food is always top quality and very fresh. The meat is typically the star of the show at Chama Gaucha and to be sure it is worthy of the spotlight. But, don't miss out on the salad bar. It is equally curated with the finest cheeses, meats, oils, and vinegars. And, be sure to save room for dessert.

I am an expert in customer service. I love going to Chama Gaucha for the food and service. I was fortunate to speak with the serving leadership chain during our last visit. Our waiter (Ricky) did an excellent job taking care of us. The team lead (blue shirt, black tie) and the floor captain (blue shirt, no tie) were excellent.
