It was our second time in Chama Gaucha and it was as great as the first time. I wanted to make my husband’s Birthday super special and I couldn’t make a better choice. The food was outstanding, the service fantastic. The atmosphere is very nice and makes you to stay there as long as possible. In your restaurant we felt like very special guests. My husband couldn’t stop thank me for the amazing evening. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job!
Surprisingly above and beyond in guest services from the time we sat down, cruising the salad bar (do u know they offer fresh crack pepper at the salad bar???)clean plate, continue flow of drinks, amazing meats (lamb chop and the plantain in particular), courteous meat servers, and table touches by the manager. Amazing as always! Food and service are top notch!
From start to finish, we felt welcomed by a very friendly and attentive staff. Not overbearing, just right. The salad bar has unique choices and are always tasty. Meat choices were seasoned well and served fresh off the grill.
We’ve been to Chama Gaucha many times and it has always been great. Last night was really special. The service was exceptional, the food was perfect, the music was soft and enjoyable. A perfect evening.
