Another 5-star experience, as always. My family comes here at least once a year to celebrate a birthday, and it never disappoints. Phenomenal food, phenomenal service.

My husband and I were celebrating our 46th Wedding Anniversary and decided to celebrate with a friend at Chama Gaucha’s. The food and service was wonderful as always. But what they did last night was tremendous. We were on a new low carb diet. The staff and mangers were great in accommodating our dietary needs. Instead of the normal side dishes were were all high carb, the staff selected some low carb vegetables from the salad bar and had the chef sautéed them for us as our side dishes. The picaña had a grease juice You don’t have shrimp @ salad bar We seat in a small area like a small ballroom I don’t like it Is better to seat in the open area on the left side at salad bar On December my boss invited all the employees of the company and I had a seat by a crystal mirror at the end of the long table and every time we have to go bathdroom every body had to stand up to let you go through . Went here for a lunch date. The service is impeccable. Food was delicious and reasonably price. Excellent Brazilian Steakhouse experience.
Greatest Restaurant in the World!
We have not been here in a few years - preferring a similar restaurant closer to our home. My middle daughter wanted to try it to celebrate her 16th birthday. I felt space was very tight, noise was quite loud, and the variety of food was extremely disappointing. Salad bar was mediocre. No spinach salad which seems like a normal staple in a salad bar.
