This is an outstanding restaurant from all perspectives: service, food quality, value, attention to detail… A remarkable operation. And it is primarily due to the standards originally set by the owner, and the quiet, confident and unwavering leadership of Irineu Arosi, the general manager.  We have been committed supporters and patrons of this restaurant for 10 years, both personally and corporately. I could not recommend Chama Gaucha highly enough. Of the four Brazilian steakhouses in town, they have no peer. The best!

My wife and I celebrated our 9th anniversary and had an overall great experience.
We went for our anniversary. The food and drinks were excellent and the service staff was very attentive. My wife and I had an excellent time.

I do not typically leave reviews for restaurants, but I feel that this location deserves to be reviewed because every time I visit I have the most amazing experience. Of the several Brazilian steak houses in our city Chama is by far the best when it comes to service and the quality and flavor of the meats. Obviously people come for the meats at this concept, and I never have to add seasoning to any of the meats that are served to me. This was my first time visiting this location. The food was excellent and the staff anticipated all of our needs while we ate. Great drink recommendations. Salad bar was very delicious, the deviled eggs were my fav. Godfrey, our server, was very attentive and gracious. The only thing I was upset about was, I included in my reservation it was my girlfriend’s birthday and the first time I was celebrating with her.
