Beautiful ambiance, food was delicious, salad bar was freshly done. Staff was quick n efficient to provide refills as needed, cheese rolls were always warm n fresh as they would refill them. Let's talk about the Meat! Omg, so delicious, perfectly cooked! I will always contine to visit this establishment.

DELICIOUS! Service is above and beyond. The server pulled my chair out for me and put my napkin in my lap when he seated me. My drink was always full, food was hot and delicious and the salad bar was amazing and fresh! I will always come back!

As always Chama Gaucha is fantastic. The price increase means we get to go as a family less. That being said, in the past year I think the food has improved. It was already good before, but now the meats taste better and I enjoyed the fried cheese.
We have been going to Chama Gaucha in San Antonio since their opening day. We have never been disappointed. The service is always outstanding. The staff is extremely attentive to us and to every detail. The food is always top quality and very fresh. The meat is typically the star of the show at Chama Gaucha and to be sure it is worthy of the spotlight. But, don't miss out on the salad bar. It is equally curated with the finest cheeses, meats, oils, and vinegars. And, be sure to save room for dessert.
Can’t ask for a better Brazilian steakhouse experience than Chama Gaucha! Impeccable service begins the moment you step through the door, and everyone ensures you have the best experience possible until you leave- full and happy! Don’t forget the carajillo to end your delicious meal!
This was our second time here and we will definitely be back! The food and the service was true perfection. A 100% positive experience for the four of us.
