Expected them to use delaying tactics when it came to bring meat in order to get us filled up on bread and cheap stuff while we waited ....I was wrong .the meat kept coming as fast as my party could put it away . And it kept coming . Cut after cut of delicious beef and lamb as much as we wanted ...they are not afraid to feed you ...if you leave there hungry it is your own fault . The service was first rate . Anniversary
Absolutely phenomenal experience. This was our first time and everything was outstanding! I cannot imagine the bad reviews on service- it was spot on! Our main concierge was awesome, the servers were quick and professional, and they made sure we had what we wanted when we wanted it. and it was not as expensive as we expected, $62/person. The baby sirloin is the BEST piece of meat I have ever eaten.
It was my husband’s birthday, and I know the love he has to Chama Gaucha and I know he enjoyed every moment with that big smile he had from the moment we entered to the moment we left.

Outstanding food and service!
It was very busy for our 5:15 reservation. But we were promptly seated and things progressed smoothly. It's very loud so intimate conversation would be challenging. The salad bar was always well stocked and it's very well organized so there are few road blocks. Overall, this was a great dining experience.
