We went to celebrate our anniversary and someone’s birthday. The service was great, but for some reason we would get skipped on some of the meat selections. The lighting could be a little better or add some kind of lights to the tables. The over experience was lovely.

My favorite restaurant! I love this place. Worth the money as long as you come hungry! Service is always excellent. One thing I'd warn veterans or people with PTSD/Anxiety about is that the servers get pretty far into your personal space to serve the meat. Tell the head server and they'll back up.

Only complaint I have about it is that they were a few minutes late on my table reservation, but I'm a very patient and understanding person so it wasn't bothersome for me, service was great, food was great, and the staff was very friendly, definitely going back when I have another special day! Thank you Chama Gaucha!

I am not the type of person who goes to places like this very often. It was my wife's birthday and i wanted to take her some place special. Special it was.With the pandemic they took extra precautions to ensure customers safety The food was really good although some were little salty. The staff were very nice and helpful and explained some of the foods that was served. Complementary cheese cake for my wife's birthday was delicious, and their drinks were not weak and any way. By far the the best Brazilian Steakhouse in San Antonio we have tried all of them in the San Antonio area and this is the best restaurant. My family and I have been going since they have opened. If you love different varieties of meat this is the place, plus a excellent salad bar. Everyone is respectful and polite always checking if you need anything, we've never had a bad experience ever, I would recommend this restaurant to everyone AAA+++ Thank you Keep up the great work for a wonderful dinning experience

Excellent smiling service by an energetic staff of servers. Plenty to eat--various cuts of meat sliced at the table and only in the quantity one desires. A wide selection of meats and side dishes and a salad bar that feature both unusual items and traditional salad bar offerings. For dessert, I selected the key lime pie (recommended by the server) and a limoncello (I had sampled that in Amalfi, Italy, on a trip in 2019). What a way to top of the evening!

As always, my wife and I had a very pleasant, delicious meal. The staff and management team were simply marvelous. Chama Gaucha remains our favorite restaurant in San Antonio.
