Amazing food, from the salad bar to the big meat dishes. We especially enjoyed the lamb and the unique dining experience. There was even an entire wheel of parmesan. The only drawback for us was the service is a little TOO eager to help with every possible detail, which can be a bit overwhelming. Wish they had a cookbook! Haha.

My wife and I absolutely love Chauma! The staff always make sure the Gauchas cook our meat to our liking. The service is always incredible! On our last visit, we had Holly as our waitress, she was incredible! Funny, professional, and attentive to our needs!
We love going here, the hard part is even when requesting a privater room they don’t always accommodate. We saw one whole private room section being unused meanwhile we were seated in the main dining room that was packed and absolutely so loud. It’s hard to enjoy a birthday dinner when you can’t hear everyone. Please be more mindful in seating your reservations so that larger groups can enjoy the atmosphere and not need to yell over the noise. Good is always great and service was wonderful just disappointed in the seating.
Since its opening it has been the best restaurant in town! It matches what I remember of a True First Class Churrascaria like the ones I used to visit in and around Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Puerto Alegre, etc.
Did the salad bar… everything was delicious. A nice variety for lunch.
