Absolutely wonderful dining experience! Yes, it’s a little on the expensive side- but it’s basically all you can eat - of wonderfully cooked foods and salad bar. Waiters are phenomenal and service was excellent!
Everything in the restaurant was outstanding and I felt like the whole experience was worth it! I can’t wait to go again and would definitely recommend this to anyone!
It was my birthday, we didn’t get to celebrate during the week so we decided this past weekend… As always you are greeted with kindness and a smile… You can never go wrong with Chama Gaucha to be honest. Food is always on point, Ambiance is very relaxing and chill, Service is Top Notch and doesn’t compare to any other restaurant… Price is worth every penny, from the delicious salad bar, to the smorgasbord of meats… Definitely recommend if you never been or hesitant to try, just go for it…

Awesome food, awesome service! Double date valentines dinner! The fireball cheesecake tasted amazing and it was super cool watching the waiter light it on fire!
By far the best overall experience I have ever had at a Brazilian Steakhouse here in San Antonio. My boyfriend and I were there to celebrate an early Valentine's dinner and we enjoyed everything and will definitely be coming back soon and letting our friends and family know about Chama Gaucha!
Our server was friendly and sociable while keeping on top of what we needed, wanted, and things we didn't know that we needed or wanted! The food was amazing, and the floor managers were always double checking. Wonderful service, delicious food, and just an overall amazing experience every time we go (which, unfortunately, isn't often enough). Highly recommend!
