Wonderful, as always. Food, service, atmosphere, all excellent.
We had a late dinner reservation (8:00PM) on January 15th, 2023. We were received and seated on time and with the usual professionalism. I did notice that the salad bar was well stocked and inviting. We very much enjoyed many of the items that were available. After we began the main meal the sides were brought to the table in a timely fashion and the servers starting bringing a variety of meats. Food was delicious! Every bite had seasoning. The service was excellent! Friendly, professional, accommodating. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good quality meal.
This was my first time at Chama Gaucha. I went to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was a unique dining experience. I thought it was nice how when I had to modify for two extra people the hostess was very accommodating and handled my request with understanding. Also, I thought it was cool that while waiting there were severs taking drink orders. The dining experience was really nice. Chama Gaucha is the ultimate eating experience. From the time you walk in your are greeted with hospitality and wine and dined with absolute excellent service. The prime meat that is served there is exquisite and melts in your mouth. Service was phenomenal and managers came by at all times to make sure you had the most wonderful experience. There is not another brazilian steakhouse that will ever measure up to Chama Gaucha in San Antonio.
