We are frequent customers at Chama Gaucha. We went for my boyfriends birthday , our experience this time was even better than times before and it honestly was from Gaucho, Alejandro. He paid great attention to how we liked our meats cooked and never brought over meat that wasn’t how we liked it, he was professional , kind and really made the dining experience next level with his great attention to detail and table side manners. Great experience for my birthday dinner. The staff was very attentive and courteous.
The service and food were excellent! We have visited multiple times and each time we go it gets better. They offered us some cheese triangles that were very delicious. I love the chimichurri set up. We'll ve back sooner than later. Everything was top notch
