You can read my other reviews and they will no doubt match. Outstanding food, outstanding service. The word for all reviews and the word for this restaurant is CONSISTENCY. The same great everything every time. That is why we keep going back and wont look for another place.

I go to chama gaucha atleast twice a year. One for my anniversary and the other for either my birthday or my wife’s birthday. Usually I get one desert for free however not this time. Which isn’t a huge deal. But the problem was the meat service seemed slower than normal, and I was constantly having to reach out to my server for something, and it seemed like a slow response from him to the meat servers.

In comparison with other Brazilian steakhouses, the meat here was top notch - tender and flavorful. The salad bar was in line with other steakhouses. However, service throughout the meal was a little slow. Finally, a big negative for me was the additional charge for grilled pineapple since other steakhouses include that with the experience.

We generally love the quality and service but New Year's Day was very busy, there was an unexpected upcharge, and service was poor. Drinks took so long and cocktails came out about 10 min before wine that we had ordered upon being seated. More than halfway through the meal after asking we received bread.
