Celebrated my son’s 14th birthday and he loved everything about Chama. Service provided by Donovan was top tier. Service was great and everyone one was welcoming.
IMO, Chama Gaucha is one of the BEST (I’ll say it again) one of the BEST Brazilian Steak 🥩 House in San Antonio… I wouldn’t have it any other way… Besides the meat selection I’ve got to say the Salad 🥗 Bar is to die for… Like yesterday we celebrated Valentines/Bday with some coworkers & it was amazing 🤩 as always… From the Hostess/Bartender/Managers/Cooks/Servers all of them go above and beyond, which shows as soon as you walk in the door…I could rave and rant all day about this restaurant, but you honestly need to get th... read more

A flawless evening at one of my favorite restaurants!
Going on our 9th anniversary. It was an awesome experience. Polite staff, great food and great drinks.
The service was excellent. The salad bar was good. The food overall was too salty for my liking. I had a bow tie pasta that was salty, that was a first. The mashed potatoes were too salty even my husband noticed and ge likes salty food. Some of the meat was too salty as well. Overall it was a good experience but probably won't go back.
Great staff and very good food. I recommend for special occasions.
This is a beautiful restaurant and a wonderful place to celebrate with friends and family! Everything was delicious! The crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever eaten. The only thing I would change is to have homemade ranch dressing! lol
