Always a good time, always seasoned well. Time and time again, Chama never disappoints.
The service is always top notch. We always have multiple servers checking in on us, making sure our drinks are filled and asking if there are particular meats we want sent to our table. The meat was perfect as usual.
Chama Gaucha is one of our favorite places to dine. The wait staff were on point and we never had to ask twice for anything. In fact they anticipated our needs perfectly. Great training! Incredible food, incredible service, very consistent experience every time!!

amazing every single time! the best service in the industry
This would be our fourth time my husband and I have eaten at this restaurant. The asparagus is usually very tender from tip to end, but this time the end was tough and stringy. That was the only disappointing aspect of our visit. As usually the wait staff were very courteous, friendly and attentive. The meat choices were absolutely delicious, and we truly ate more than we should have.
