I will recommend the product and the salesman. We are happy with our product and the work Charlie put in to ensure we received new upgraded windows. We were also happy with both install crews who came to our home. They were quick and efficient. As for the office staff that is another story. Permit was not completed. The initial cost was incorrectly quoted because of adding an incorrect window size. $300 difference.
My only concern is that orders are not quality checked before being sent to the home owner for installation. I had a blemish on the interior glass of a triple pane window. Also, the 2 side windows of a Picture window had a different grid pattern than the center, which also requires a reorder.
