I will recommend the product and the salesman. We are happy with our product and the work Charlie put in to ensure we received new upgraded windows. We were also happy with both install crews who came to our home. They were quick and efficient. As for the office staff that is another story. As stated below in my review super disappointed with the timeliness of returning calls, emails, or text messages. As a customer who is spending over 20k we were not important to them.
