I would recommend for the quality of the door and side light. And the quality of the install. What I don't recommend is the time it takes for the manufacture of the product and the time it takes to ship. I waited 5 months from time of order. Lead time was 12 weeks. When I called to inquire I could never get an answer as to why it was so late. I had to go to the store and talk to someone about it and still couldn't get an answer. Everything was great from start to finish!!!
Champion has good work crews. It takes a while, however, for them to schedule you. And some of its business practices are fragmented with management scattered all over the country.
It would have been nice to have 1 person making contact with us. All of the 3-4 people who contacted us were good, but dealing with multiple people was a little annoying. Concerning the installer, we couldn't have been happier! Brad Jensen was superb. Professional and competent.
