Everything was great from start to finish!!!
Champion has good work crews. It takes a while, however, for them to schedule you. And some of its business practices are fragmented with management scattered all over the country.
It would have been nice to have 1 person making contact with us. All of the 3-4 people who contacted us were good, but dealing with multiple people was a little annoying. Concerning the installer, we couldn't have been happier! Brad Jensen was superb. Professional and competent.
Salesman was very knowledgeable and helped direct us to our final choice. Installer was efficient and kept everything clean and protected in spite of the drilling and sawing. He explained everything and was very pleasant to work with.
