We could not be more satisfied with the product or the service!
Dan, the supervirso, did a great job working with me. However, I was a cash-paying customer, and they weren't used to that because people usually finance the windows, but Dan worked it out with the other supervisors, and everything turned out great.
Any time the subject of window replacement come up with our friends, we will share our (AWESOME) Champion experience with them.
Our experience with Champion makes me have a moment of despair for those that selected a different company for their windows. The professionalism of the sales staff and the installation crew was supreme . The quiet within our home is eerily peaceful. When our lawn care company does their work we can barely hear the noise from their commercial mowers. We will be contacting Champion to install the remaining 7 windows this year as opposed to waiting until next year. Does that explain sufficiently our satisfaction.

Very committed to doing a spectacular job! The windows are sealed very well and so bright and clean! Even the noise level is down!
They did a really good job.
Everyone I dealt with was nice and friendly only minor issues with all materials arriving on installation day. But they were quick to start addressing the issue and getting it taken care of, and at the end of the day that’s what good customer service is all about.
