The salesman and the installers were very knowledgeable and courteous.
The first representative that was sent thought I wanted an entry door. I didn't. I wanted siding. So a second rep had to be sent. I believe the schedulers didn't have their act together. As a result I wasted my time with the first representative.
They worked really hard, cleaned up well, and showed up on time. The overall job looks very beautiful.
I have already recommended to several people.

I'm happy with the three windows I purchased but I'm also happy with the two new doors I purchased a couple of years ago. I would definitely recommend Champion.
The only thing I didn't like about it was the payment. If I paid in cash and I was to make 3-4 payments, I put all the money upfront before I saw the windows and that made me feel uncomfortable. Had they expected the money after the work being done, I would have been fine with them. If I got it on credit, I wouldn't have had to do anything, since credit would take care of it.
