I thought everyone on the Champion team were professional and friendly. The timeframe from the order date to installation was a bit long. The appearance and quality of the windows are very good.

The installer was on time and very experienced. He didn't have a helper but I was there to assist if needed, He appreciated the assistance. He did a very professional job and cleaned up afterwards. The windows look great.
The Doors were exactly as expected. The installation was a challenge due to the location, but the installers got them installed and the finished product looks great. They did a great job finishing the installation with using foam filler, and Silicone sealant to ensure that air does not penetrate around the door and that water is kept out.
