They did a great job, but I do have one window that came cracked. The installer said it would take a month to get a replacement, and I still haven't heard anything.
I am very happy with the windows. The installation was okay and they look great. I would recommend them to anybody. We used to have a lot of moisture in my basement and since they put those windows in, that has disappeared. I am pleased with them. I already made two payments.
